Guarantees and obligations
We ask you to check the spare part purchased and received from us within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the parcel. If it turns out that a spare part (part) has any defects, or its quality and characteristics do not correspond to the declared ones, in return, another spare part (part) is sent free of charge, or its cost is returned, taking into account postage.
Each spare part purchased from us has a 30 (thirty) days return guarantee. This means that if you want to return the purchased spare part within 1 month after the purchase, you will be refunded the money for it in full. This rule applies if you DIDN'T INSTALL the spare part on the car or DIDN'T USE it for its intended purpose, and also didn’t cause any damage to your appearance, didn’t violate consumer properties, etc. In this case, the money will be returned in full, excluding the cost of return postage.
Spare parts (parts) made in the USSR, warehouse or garage storage, are covered by a LIMITED WARRANTY. What does this mean. Due to the available equipment, we cannot check the performance of some components and assemblies, such as brake cylinders, relay-regulators, ignition coils, generators, starters, carburetors, etc. Therefore, these products are guaranteed to be NEW (due to the absence of traces of installation, fastening, operation and wear), but their performance is not guaranteed.
Spare parts (parts) of modern production are covered by the REGULAR WARRANTY. That is, it is guaranteed that these are new products and their performance is guaranteed when installed on a car.
The warranty for chrome plating on chrome plated products is 3 (three) calendar years from the date of purchase of the part. This guarantee does not apply to chrome plating applied during the Soviet era, or to commissioned parts, if the warranty period is not separately specified in the Product Card.
